Yes, I am very familiar with this drug. I went into a VT storm and this along with Sotolol brought it back under control. In the U.K. is not a registered drug and only Electrophysiologist can prescribe…as far as I am aware. I am now off the drug but I highly recommend it as it does control the arrhythmia and stabilises the patient.

Thank you Oliver2807. I am new on this drug for Ventricular Tachycardia problems as well. So far so good, Doctor also has me on Amiodarone and Metoprolol as well. So far so good and I hope doctor will cut down n the near future. My biggest problem are the medications losing its effectiveness in a number of months. I will have to wait and see. Be well!!

You will be fine…are you waiting for an ablation? When bringing somebody off of a drug like Mexilitine it’s brought down slowly.
