Would you like to take part in our short survey (8 questions) to gather opinions of those with Atrial Fibrillation. It is regarding the use of Digital Health Technology to monitor your heart rhythm? We are conducting the survey in conjunction with other Atrial Fibrillation Patient Organisations globally.

All data gathered will be anonymous and only used to ensure the opinions of those with atrial fibrillation are included in future research.

The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete, so thank you in advance for your participation.
