I have had AF for 30 years and I am treated with 200-300 mg flecainide . Concurrently I have had pesky ectopics mostly at rest but recently they have changed and have begun presenting when the heart is under load . I am exhausted all the time but blame that on the flec . Anyone tortured with these ectopics too ?
