PVCs and digestion symptoms ????

Does anyone here experience flatulence, daily belching, knot in the chest and rumblings in the stomach along with the PVCs ?

Yes I do, daily, I hate it. Often throws me into full blown af and svt. I am seeing, well I say seeing, speaking more like with my cardiologist a week on Monday and their gastro people the following week to see if together any help can be suggested/given.

Feels horrid doesn’t it, I will report back if I get anywhere after my consultations, can’t say I expect much joy.

This is Roemheld Syndrome, known for nearly a century but denied by many medics. I have had it for years. I do not know if the rumbling stomach or gut causes my pvcs via the vagus nerve or if they are just a trigger to an "irritated" heart. In my case stress is also involved. I can usually control it by avoiding swallowing air. Fizzy drinks (pint of lager contains 1.5 pints of CO2), eating too quickly, drinking hot drinks with mouthfuls of cooling air, talking for a long time all cause me to swallow air. I try to burp it out before it gets into the stomach and bowels. Hope this helps, try to reduce swallowed air. Massaging the stomach helps me to burp.
