Different people have different triggers. My own trigger is usually from too much gas in the stomach or movement of gas in the bowels. I understand that this irritates the vagus nerve which can cause pvcs. I avoid fizzy drinks and am careful when drinking hot drinks not to gulp air as I drink. Caffeine is another common trigger. I have no medical knowledge.
