I’ve had bouts of tachycardia and PVCs for 7 years, usually controlled by Flecainide and Verapamil. The tachycardia’s started again lately - 6 bouts over the past 6 weeks, heart rate about 100bpm, lasting 2 hours usually. Also now I have a fluttering/quivering sensation in my chest, and a different feeling, like a gurgling feeling (like when you’re hungry), lower down. I have GERD too, so it could be coming from the stomach, my fear is it’s coming from the ventricle. I’m panic stricken I’m going to die from VF. I’ve been referred to my Cardiologist but haven’t got an appointment yet. Has anyone else had tachycardia that goes on for up to 2 hours, and could anyone explain the quivering and gurgling sensations in my chest. My tachycardia is RVOT. I’m a 61 year old female and otherwise very fit. I’m hoping someone can reassure me. Thank you in advance.

hello I suffer from paroxsysmal atrial fibrillation ,and this can often be brought on by indigestion. This is almost certainly caused by the vagus nerve which links the stomach and heart. Mine would also go once the indigestion has settled down. have a look at york cardiology on youtube Dr Sanjay Gupta. best of luck
