Sorry to hear the ectopics are back currently. It makes sense that as the baby grows he/she is pressing on your organs and pushing them somewhat out of normal position to some degree.
I find that even eating a sizeable meal presses my hiatus hernia up and this sets ectopics and svt going so possibly the baby growing and pressing on organs can be causing this for you.
I stress I am not a medic of any description and if I were you I would ring my cardiac consultants secretary and ask for their advice, they may even bring your appointment forward given your pregnancy. It's worth a try, in my experience GPs don't want to give too much of any opinion when there is a cardiac consultant in the mix who has far superior knowledge on the subject.
