Discontinued AntiArrythmics due to prolonged QTc

Hi all.. I've been put on various anti arrhythmia drugs..propafenone, flecanide, sotalol. They inadvertently lead to prolonged QT. My ECG today also shows QTc at 545. My cardiologist says it is not safe to continue this class of drugs. He has now put me on bisoprolol 1.25 od. But beta blockers make me severely hypotensive and Bradycardic. I have had 2 EP studies but we could not ablate as there was no re entrant pathway but multiple spots firing at will (Abnormal automaticity).

Has anyone encountered drug induced QT prolongation? How did you select the next drugs then? Thanks for all the answers in advance :)

I have been ok on ivabradine and magnesium. But for me I am on atenlol once a day, to counter act the hypotension my cardiologist put me on it just once a day at night, so am asleep for a lower blood pressure. Everyone is different, but have a chat with your Dr about those options.
