when exercising on treadmill, heart rate reaches mid to upper 90's and then drops to mid 40's. I have pvc and recently had a stent implanted. I am short of breath and a little light-headed. no pain. anyone else?

I would take advice from your Dr on this,though you do not say if the drop to 40 is while still exercising.
