The International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM) is interested in what matters most to patients with atrial fibrillation.

Survey - your input is needed!

It is important that healthcare services focus on the outcomes that matter most to patients. This includes quality of life and physical functioning, as well as stroke prevention. Over the past 12 months, together with world experts including patients, we have been developing a set of health outcomes for people with AF (the AF Standard Set). This Standard Set will be used by healthcare providers around the world to support improvement in the quality of healthcare services.

In order to make sure that our recommendations are meaningful worldwide, we would be grateful for your input on what matters most to you. For more information about ICHOM, please visit our website: ichom.org.

The survey should take you 5-10 minutes to complete and participation is on a voluntary basis. Your responses will be collected anonymously and no identifiable information will be collected.

Here is the survey for providing feedback and the deadline for participating is 28th February 2019:

Thank you very much for your time and your input.

I'm sorry but I've looked at the survey twice and am quite lost. I have no idea how to answer and doubt if any answers I might put in would provide useful information.
