Hi All

I’m really excited to tell you that I’ve developed an app for CHD patients and their families. It will also be extremely useful for heart failure patients.

I am a CHD adult and I’ve found myself using various different apps to try and track my symptoms and medications and appointments.

Also I get AF and so I need a reliable way to track my heart rate and ecg trace.

The app includes all of these things as well as location monitoring in case you get ill whilst out and about.

Most importantly it has the ability to scan in your medical records so that they can be accessed by medical staff quickly if required.

There’s a page where your important medical info is stored so that it can be accessed in an emergency.

We are working on more features and there is a family account for CHD parents also.

It’s out soon but you can register to try it first at hearthub.co.uk

There is also a video that explains more

You can follow my CHD journey where I talk about my AF on Facebook and Instagram @the_chd_life

Xx
