Bad night hr 50s

Not my norm, usually im in the 70s for my resting and im fine with that. Past two days been in the 50s and keep hearing "its normal, 50s is great." But not if thats not your normal, i feel SOB at times and when i was sleeping i felt like i stopped breathing a few times and jumped out of bed. Hate this so bad.

Sorry you are not happy. Have you been checked for sleep apnoea? It is often associated with rhythm peculiarities.

It's not the rate that's important, it's how you feel and being short of breath isn't nice at all.

I have experienced similar symptoms

when asleep. Often i am 2 tense so I stick on the electric blank my heart rate comes back up. Hope this helps
