I’m over it.

For over a year now I’ve been waking up in the mornings and my heart will start racing... not a little but a lot... it’s gotten up to the 180s twice and I’m sure other times but I’m always scared to check. It will last a few minutes and then stop. Couple of my monitors showed that it wasn’t SVT but I’m not convinced. It starts suddenly and ends suddenly and it’s gets crazy high. But it’s only in the mornings that it does this... so maybe it’s not SVT? I don’t know... I’m just so done with it. It’s ruining my life.

I completely agree the same happens to mine I get to 250 to 280 beats per minute for about 15 minutes during the day than I get extremely tired for days than it jumps down to 33 beats per minute the drs keep telling me they don’t know and I’m just done with all of it. It’s more than frustrating.

Wow! That is frustrating.. I feel like something is really wrong and they just keep pushing me off and they know I have anxiety so every doctor just tells me that’s what’s causing it. Maybe it is... idk.
