Hey all!
Went and saw my EP a couple weeks ago. After seeing him my anxiety went down a little. Been working on getting it to go further down. Anyways today while sitting at work I got a “chest pain” so I got up and walked around. Well when I started standing there I got super light headed. Walked a little more and it was gone. I now have my anxiety back and I’m full swing. What could that have been?
