Anything out there that helps calm nerves while on beta blocker that doesn’t mess with beta blocker

Iam on a beta blocker that makes me nervous and gives me panic attacks . I’ve tried several things to keep calm my nerves like ashwagandah and also hemp oil . These work great but mess with the p-450 enzyme the metotropolol need to get into my system . So for a couple days they work great then increase the effect of beta blocker . My heart will start to beat so hard my body shakes . Has any body on beta blocker found anything to help calm them down that doesn’t mess with meds

I use rescue remedy. It’s homeopathic so didn’t interfere with meds.
