I take 120mg ( not slow though 40mg 3 times a day )
I was also taking 40mg 3 times a day (120mg) so that doesn’t sound excessive. I have reduced it down to 40mg a day due to some unwanted side effects. I would trust the experts though as they will know what is best for you or get a second opinion if you’re still not happy.
