More Magnesium

My heart does this everyday, multiple times a day. I'm on beta blockers to minimise the effects of them as they cause me bad anxiety.

Doctors say everyone experiences this though from time to time. If it's only a one off, don't worry about it. If it continues, I highly recommend getting your thyroid tested, as well as magnesium levels.
