Aortic & Mitral V Replacement

I'm due to have these two valves replaced with bovine replacements. I also have a dual chamber Pacemaker. I'm 63 male with type 1 diabetes that I've had for 50yrs along with other health issues.

Is anyone here with a similar age and with type 1 diabetes, pacemaker, who has had this surgery and how have they've dealt with recovery of such a major operation?
