help for heart

hi can anyone on here help me I just had echocardiogram and worried about lack of concern my Gp has I have asthma COPD and was told 2 years ago by A&E to give Gp abnormal ECG and severe lower limbs swelling the echo show’s problems with more than 2 valves also regurgitation in 3 different parts and moderately impaired in another valve. The percentage of outflow is 44% and also a leaky valve valve that I was at 50% and just plain and other problems, so if anyone can advise me if this needs attention as an urgent referral and not a referral for October

My breathing team has told me I should had been referred as urgent I am on medication for dilation in heat also GTN spray my Gp don’t want to know and told me blood flowing back to heart both LV and right

You are reaching the group although I am finding it difficult to find your question. I had aortic stenosis and had a new heart valve in April 2022. I still have a small amount of regurgitation but I am enjoying life. I will look out for your reply.

Hi Mike this is what I was asking for advice for with below results of my echocardiogram

Thank you for your reply and if you could give me any advice I be grateful

normal. Normal LV wall thickness. The LV systolic

function by ejection fraction is globally moderately

impaired (EF 44% by Simpson's Biplane). Normal LV

longitudinal systolic function. Average global

longitudinal systolic strain by 2D echo is within

normal range (- 17%). Doppler parameters indicate

normal diastolic function.

Right Ventricle: The right ventricular cavity size is

normal. Normal right ventricular longitudinal

systolic function (TAPSE 2.0cm). Preserved RV radial

systolic function by visual estimation.

Left Atrium: Normal left atrial size

Right Atrium: Normal right atrial size

Aortic Valve: The aortic valve is tricuspid with thin

and mobile leaflets. No evidence of aortic stenosis.

Trivial aortic regurgitation.

Mitral Valve: The mitral valve leaflets are mildly

thickened with preserved mobility. Trivial mitral

regurgitation.

Tricuspid Valve: The tricuspid valve leaflets are thin

and mobile. Trivial tricuspid regurgitation.

Pulmonic Valve: The pulmonic valve leaflets are thin

with good mobility. There is no obvious pulmonic

regurgitation.

ASD/VSD: No evidence of interatrial communication by

color flow doppler analysis.

IVC: The inferior vena cava is of normal size (<2.1cm)

and is seen to collapse >50% with inspiration

(consistent with RA pressure of 3mmHg).

Pericardium: Small rim of Echo free space by RV free

wall may represent a rim of effusion or pericardial
