I’m 6 days post-op. So I didn’t have any adhesions or endometriosis. But my Dr. did say my uterus was enlarged and boggy looking. She think it may adenomyosis. Want know to the pathology comes back. Otherwise I feel great but taking it easy.

Hi Sway72. I’ve just had a quick look through your previous posts and your story sounds just like mine. Lots of pain in different places, but no cause known. When they did a laparoscopy they found no endo or adhesions and suspected adenomyosis as my uterus was enlarged and boggy, but when they did they LAVH they found significant adhesions between my left ovary, Fallopian tube and bowel, but no adhenomysosis. The womb was unlarged due to age and perimenopausal heavy bleeding. Anyway, I hope your recovery goes well. Gentle exercise and lots of rest. First sign of problems, get to a GP and ask to be examined because I didn’t and it went a bit haywire and had to have 2 further ops to sort things out. Good luck! X
