8 months post op

I'm 8 months post op and I still get pain. I've been checked over by my gp and all is ok and she's said that it's just taking a long time to heal inside. Has anyone else had this problem? It is getting me down and I'm starting to regret having it done. X

I'm only at 2 months still get a lot of pain worse than before surgery , what did you have hysterectomy for ? Could it be nerve pain ? I was told after 12 weeks if still feeling awful theyd investigate further have they investigated you to check all ok ? Really sorry to hear you feeling so rubbish

Hi I had it for endo, the pain isn't the same it's hard to describe. I've had tests done by my gp and they have all been fine. I suffer with fibromyalgia so my gp thinks it maybe down to that. I just feel fed up with it all and however much I am told it's nothing to worry about, I just can't help it.

Awe fibromyalgia is hideous I really feel for you it's difficult when symptoms blur, hope you have a better week this week as imagine it all very up and down 💗
