Northern Ireland is meant to be governed by an 'Executive' from all political parties, FACT people are dying as this 'Executive' is defunct

What if a certain hospital which is in the process of being upgraded to having its Health Centre amalgamated with it, at this particular Hospital, Lagan Valley Hospital, in Lisburn! The present Lisburn Health Centre is less than a mile from Lagan Valley hospital, and still in perfect working order! If this hospital was used [short term] to relieve the pressure of nearby hospitals, which are on bursting point, people are dying waiting sometimes days to be looked at, treated in corridors, the back of ambulances, having to clean themselves in toilets, lack of staff, whose pay has not been upgraded since they were on strike in 2019 [surprise, surprise?] mainly due to the "Executive" in cold storage for eleven months, one particular party sticking to its guns about the Northern Ireland Protocol [border issues with the rest of UK and Ireland] so not attending the Executive, [surely an alternative way, people are dying because the stranglehold they have inflicted on the Province of Northern Ireland, so any political issues right across the board have not taken place, the Northern Ireland Civil Service in effect putting through stopgap measures. Ironic this hospital in Lisburn is in the ward whose Member of Parliament is head of this particular party! Lisburn eight miles south of Belfast, the likes of Royal Victoria Hospital, City Hospital, Musgrave Hospital, then Ulster Hospital, Antrim Hospital, Downe Hospital, Craigavon Hospital, even as far as Daisy Hill Hospital in Newry might benefit. All because this Lagan Valley Hospital [a white elephant?] is not being used to its possible full capacity?
