I had a dream

Just had a dream, for decades I have been a claustrophobic, aged 64, going down wee lanes, inside houses smaller and smaller! I was trapped in sand when I was eight. This time I was in a mental hospital, various stereotype wards, getting worse, suddenly I turned back, went to the lesser wards, outside still patients outside, looking more cheerful, found myself in the grass fields, wider areas, heard my mother say "he's got outside!" [in a nice voice] walked further, got to a river bank.. then I woke up, I feel marvellous!
