Is having a family BBQ in the back garden at the weekend a good idea? Coronavirus

I've noticed in the last couple of days, better weather, neighbours having family BBQ's, surely not a good idea, four or five people grouping together? [Plus the smell of the meat, luvely!!] I have been isolated, due to my general poor health!

I would have to say "it depends." Is this a family that lives together anyway? If not living together, do these folks have regular contact anyway? Are any of them in situations where they are at increased risk for exposure and bringing back to the family? The actual activity of being outside grilling and having a meal would be on the list of approved activities. Certainly seems safer than sharing a meal inside. After all going out for walks and enjoying the out-of-doors (6 feet away from others) is something that is Okay to do.

I would say go grill and be happy - carefully.
