A person is assessed for PIP from DLA, do they have notes from this for reference. A person condition might worsen over the years, now they have to be assessed by a 'person', practically from the start, causing the candidate and their families a lot of grief, if they slip though their various 'loose' categories they set and are refused benefit? A precise description has to be written for the appeal, what sort of 'expert' decides a final decision for the candidate are these persons medically qualified or even competent to make this very important conclusion? Surely there must be a different way to 'catch' the 'chancer's' that have been incorrectly claiming DLA?
