I am a 70 year old male and don't have any particular health issues, like a lot of men, I prefer the ostrich approach to health. I've had a keen interest in human biology over many years and like the NHS Choices Behind the Headlines website because it gives an unbiased opinion on the latest medical headlines.

Try Dr Mercola - he has a wonderful daily newsletter, that covers health, the environment etc. Ignore the sales pitch!
Have you got an easy link for it please 9efty9 ?

What about statins everyone? For safety's sake I've stopped mine after reading conflicting {biased?} reports by top people in the medical world. A friend stopped his after suffering joint pains and cramps, which then cleared up.
I'll wait for a balanced assessment by the aforesaid experts!
