Good morning Alexis1st. Yes I have said this many times over the years bacon and egg sarnie. Or fish and chips. Luckily I don't have a sweet tooth for cakes and chocolate. I can resist the temptation for those. Brian

It's intentional, to make sure you keep eating it, and over-eating it to boot.

You can achieve some decent flavours and textures with natural ingredients, I'm a big can of spices and herbs :)

As the saying goes "if you enjoy it, it's either illegal, immoral, or makes you fat"I try to eat healthy and mostly do but sometimes, I just want to enjoy food, rather than endure it.

So I sometimes, eat what I know isn't good for me but I rationalise it, by the fact that my diet regimen is mostly, going in the right direction.

I'm losing weight, I've lost my bloating and indigestion symptoms and my food quality and choices have improved.

But I still do have something, now n again and think, "was that really necessary"

Because like most people, I'm human lol 🤣
