This is what I had today for lunch. The peanut butter is extra crunchy and the yogurt had the blueberries on the bottom. The meal has 62 total carbs. and is my favorite for the weekend.
Tonight, weβll be having a big salad with tuna for dinner.

I didn't Leah, I never reheat rice. I am going to roast some root veggies to go with my tea tonight - sweet potato, beetroot , carrots and parsnips π how about you
