Healthy Fish and Chips?

Saw a recipe on NHS site which came up in my email box.

I was a recipe for 4 people and the idea was to cook everything in the oven. Cutting the potatoes into wedges and covering the fish in breadcrumbs. Mushy peas could be included but overall, just wondering how healthy this meal could be covering the chips with vegetable oil.

Just use spray olive oil. I do this & cook in my air fryer. The food isn’t sitting in oil then.
