I found this on internet - The best food choices for those suffering from chronic pancreatitis are fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and nonfat/low fat dairy, and lean cuts of meat. Healthy fats such as avocado, olive oil, fatty fish, nuts, and seeds, may be consumed with careful portion control - hope it helps!

The recipe for redicong inflammation is not cecesarrilly adding foods but taking inflammatory foods out of your diet. There are many lists on the internet for 'foods that cause inflammation but tje firt few on every list is refined sigar and refined starch as in white bread. Most breads in supermarkets contain a proportion of white flir to make is sofft and light so the only healthy one realy is pure wholemeal from a heath food shop. Also near the top of most lists are refined seed oils, I only use olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, butter oranimal fats.
