I am reading his book. Interestingly my NHS dietician has also told me that food cholesterol DOESN'T impact on Blood Cholesterol! Totally contradicting my Cardiac Consultant, speaking to both next week.

That's right, blood cholesterol is made by your liver from excess glycogen which is the body's storage form of blood sugar most of which which comes from eating carbohydrate.
