They look delicious

this reminds me of lamb kebabs that I had at the Dorchester hotel many moons ago I would really like to recreate them - recalling them I was thinking Sheish kebab but then I realised they were not made from mince but chunks of lamb with lemon juice and served with basmati rice

If anyone knows of a similar recipe I would love to hear from them
