Tonight’s dinner was a quiche made with: brown rice, mild Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, mustard, liquid egg whites and imitation bacon bits. The meal has 41 total amount of carbs.. I had a side salad with dressing and a Greek raspberry yogurt for dessert. Everything was very good and I will have the leftover piece of quiche for lunch tomorrow. 😀👍

Hi Hidden ,

It’s okay to take your time to do the quiche. When you’re ready, please share a picture of the one you want to cook.

Tonight’s quiche has 4 sections/pieces for two people. The other pieces are for tomorrow at lunch for my mom and I. I might have a Greek yogurt or an apple on the side.😀👍
