I'm doubling up on my post today, with a post to help prep for next week too. That means we're talking about meal planning.
Meal planning is something I've done for years - it's a helpful tool for healthy eating in general, as well as for budgeting. I sort my meal plan on a Friday ahead of shopping on Saturday, so I can prepare a shopping list. I'll post it all below later today to help.
There are no hard and fast rules to meal planning, it depends on your circumstances and general lifestyle, and I'm sure I'll be "teaching granny to such eggs" if I go into detail. It might be better if I just allow people who need help with this to ask below instead.
The benefit of doing this, is that you tend to save money by only buying the food you need, and sweet treats are less likely to find their way into your trolley too.
Let me know if you have any questions

I noticed on one of the locked threads you mentioned Davina McCall's sugar book. I picked it up in a book store many years ago, and put it down again nearly as quickly. There was nothing sugar-free about it. It was just a series of highly sugary foods, replacing the refined sugar with other sugars that were metabolically similar. The dishes were no healthier than the ones with cane sugar in them.
In fact, I remember that she used agave syrup. I googled that, and it's infact 85% fructose, so distinctly less healthy than cane sugar.
Thank you Cooper27 for sharing your shopping list. It is very well rounded with healthy proteins vegetables, and nuts. I like the smoothie list you have and wonder if it is pre-packaged? 🤔 I love smoothies and I make it from scratch with acai and yogurt. Have a wonderful weekend! 😊🙏🌺
