My two personal favorites are oatmeal & yogurt with blueberries. I also check in to see what yummy breakfast Zest has made. Granni B

Buy fresh ingredients and make your own meals. Don't buy anything with multiple layers of wrapping and a quote from a chemistry textbook in the ingredients list.

In particular, avoid anything that says "low fat!" on the label. This invariably means it's full of things that will make you fat.
