Interesting article on Probiotics

Hi all

I've just read this article and I found it very interesting. I would say it's best to follow a diverse diet in order to get all the nutrients needed, no surprise there then.

Hey this is really interesting Alicia and I have to agree that a diverse diet is the answer. I'm surprised that £750million is spent in the UK on probiotics and I think we need to learn to listen to our bodies so thanks for posting this.

Thank you Jerry and I thought it interesting as well. I've chopped and changed Probiotics so many times now but the ones I have are what we're recommend when I had my Gut Biome test. Seems to me that fermented foids/Probiotics could interfere with yiur system if you have cancer and going through treatment i.e. Immunotherapy.

Maybe thinking along lines of diversity of probiotic [& pre-biotic ( healthline.com/nutrition/19... )] fermented whole (minimally processed) foods ( foodrevolution.org/blog/fer... ) , crazyfitness, & not necessarily probiotic supplements 💊 ? . . . 🤔 🙏 🍀 🌺 🌞
