Has she upped her water intake in the heat? Could be dehydration if not.

I'm sorry to hear that your daughter is having issues. Has her doctor recommended that she be tested for any gluten issues or other allergies to the foods she eats/drinks? Have you checked out the Gluten Free Guerrillas group also on HU? You can click on the link for the group and then click follow group so you can post postings and ask questions. Go to: healthunlocked.com/glutenfr... I hope this helps. Let us know how she does very soon.
It sounds like her diet or water intake needs looking into. Lots of fruit ( whole fruit not juice) and veg and plenty of plain water. Might take a day or two but it sounds like constipation.
Agree this sounds like constipation and dehydration, if you are in the UK the exceptional heat this week has left a lot of people dehydrated - and people haven’t realised just how much extra fluid is needed - it’s cooled a little now but I would get her to up her fluids a little over the weekend and take her to the doctor if no improvement on Monday, or sooner if the stomach pains increase just in case the heat is a coincidence and she has a different problem which needs treating.
Hope she feels better soon.
Go to the doctor!!

It looks as though your daughter is constipated. This can happen due to dehydration as others have said. She needs to be drinking at least 2L of water a day (you can add fruit to flavour it if she doesn't like plain water), especially in this heat.
Also make sure she's eating plenty fibre from whole fruits and vegetables, and some wholegrains.
Dehydration possibly?
