I think most online databases that are used for measuring foods do not have glycemic index incorporated. Happy to be proved wrong.

You mostly have to download the index and maybe save it if you want it on hand.

This Australian one is very good and comprehensive but Australia centric for brand names.

lowgihealth.com.au/

The GI list is good but the site is a wee bit over the top.

Here in Australia they have to show carbs per 100grms on packaging and once you get used to what the fresh food GI is its easily remembered.

A simple blood glucose tester quickly sorts out those who say Low GI but in reality are Med/High GI .

Hi Peachschnapps

Hope you enjoyed your long weekend with your other half, and that it was relaxing and enjoyable.

Regarding apps, for Glycemic index and Glycemic Load - I don't have any personal experience of these, but there are some here that you could have a look at:

play.google.com/store/apps/...

Hi fatbuddy no I’m not diabetic but I do have pcos so with doing some research they say that eating a diet with a low Glycemic amount really helps xx

Yes that’s what I have found concerned while doing my research so with having pcos which is bad enough I don’t really want to get any of the other things so if I can follow something like this and find an easy way to count and measure my loads being able to incorporate it into my everyday life :).
