Not all diets are the same— same as people. Not all diets work for everyone, as well. Always ask your doctor before changing your diet and/or exercise routine.😀

I tend to fast after my evening meal, and I find that is beneficial for me. What is your experience of it, and when do you tend to undertake intermittent fasting?

I lost 5 kg in one month. I have breakfast at 10.00 am and dinner at 6.00pm. The important thing is there should be 8 hours between breakfast and dinner and you shouldn't eat anything after the dinner.
I do intermittent fasting too and find it is really working for me with weight loss but also it fits in to lifestyle really easily! I eat at 2pm and 8pm so I have an 'eating window' almost!
Great! Well done on your weight loss. Do you allow yourself drinks after your dinner? I have been having herbal teas in the evening at the moment, but previously I would have teas and coffees with milk - so I'm presuming I might get more benefit from the herbal teas - i.e.. without the milk and less caffeine for the evening that way too.
