This look so yummy, I have been struggling with the food and snacks :(, feel so disappointing of myself! I don’t have autocontrol, need some advise, is hard just to have healthy food at home as my husband and my father in law eat a lot of rubbish but they do it in moderation. So if I buy healthy stuff they just simple starve and I will feel guilty that they are not eating!!! I used to leave with my mom and sister and we were so good in our shopping and cooking, my problem is that I eat with anxiety and until the package is empty I don’t stop. I know if I don’t have a bad food at home I only will have the option to grab a carrot or a tomato for snack. Need help!
I think education is the key to motivation. I listen to podcasts when I go walking and whilst I used to listen to business and leadership series and now I listen to health and wellness ones. I’ve been off work since June with electrical heart issues. There’s nothing quite like health issues to motivate you to change behaviour. I had a pretty good diet and exercised beforehand but the changes I’ve made have helped me lose some weight and feel healthier (even though I’m still having heart problems).
Oh yeah tomatoes from my garden I could eat every day. Not in the can yuck 😷 cucumbers zucchini melons peas and carrots I lose 25 lbs In the summer & I like to eat beef from my neighbors cows and my brother hunts deer rabbit he also fishes for salmon &trout etc. We can eat healthier but my stomach can't take salmon.
