Organic raspberries with plant based ice-cream... 🍧

Hi everyone,

This morning I saw these Organic English raspberries and even tho' they were expensive I had to buy a punnet and thought I might as well have an indulgent treat after lunch.

I used a knickerbocker glory glass and there's some strawberry puree I made yesterday in the bottom with some raspberries a layer of Swedish glace with some more raspberries and a little soya single cream with another scoop of Swedish glace and some more syrup and a raspberry to top it off.

I had something similar last night that almost went top heavy with raspberries, banana and strawberries:

I know I have cream and ice cream sometimes but I have a lot of fruit with it...well thats my excuse LOL. 😊

Thanks Leah Raspberries are my favourite fruit so these were perfect with ice cream. 😊

That looks absolutely gorgeous, where do you buy Swedish glacé ? I would love to try it xx I love raspberries, possibly my favourite fruit. Xx
