Fascinating reading Badhare. We’ve been taking Vit D for a while, good to know it’s helping our brain as well as our body.
During my time as a teacher of students with dyslexia, there was a suggestion that pupils might benefit from taking Omega 3 supplements, perhaps they did!

What we eat affects our minds as well as our bodies,
Eating a diet high in omega 3 oils & low in omega 6 oils helps reduce inflammation: healthunlocked.com/healthye...
Eating a healthy diet makes our gut biome work better. We have up to 2.5kg, (5lbs) of bacteria in our guts which are essential to our digestion & absorption of nutrients, if we keep them healthy with a good diet of high fibre vegetables & fruit, & unprocessed foods, If we eat a lot of chemicals, processed foods, pmega 6 oils, sugar & sweeteners, our gut bacteria will become toxic, & we absorb toxic substances into our bodies that make us ill.
