Indian spiced baked salmon fillet, with boiled rice and pepper stir fry.

I followed a recipe for the salmon but did my own rice and a used red and yellow peppers with cabbage and bean sprout for a quick stir fry, i did use natural yoghurt and I didn't have all the spices so used the curry as stated and tbs of Thai 7 spice. It was delicious, just forgot to take a picture. The recipe is available from nourisheveryday.com/recipe/...

Hi Hidden ,

This recipe sounds lovely - and your stir-fry sounds great to accompany the salmon. Thanks for sharing it, and wishing you a good weekend.
