I am looking for advice. I was doing sport every day but currently, i have injuries on my two legs. So, I really want to keep going my losing weight. But I don't know how to do and I am currently on diet but sometimes I get frustrated and I eat so much even if I am not hungry... If someone here has any advice I will be happy to read it. Thank you
