Hey, guys!

I am looking for advice. I was doing sport every day but currently, i have injuries on my two legs. So, I really want to keep going my losing weight. But I don't know how to do and I am currently on diet but sometimes I get frustrated and I eat so much even if I am not hungry... If someone here has any advice I will be happy to read it. :) Thank you

Hey,

You should check out the high fat low carb diet. It works a treat in my opinion. If you want any help give me a shout

Eat high fat foods THAT ARE NOT PROCESSED ie, nuts & seeds, organic grass fed butter & dairy, coconut oil, etc.

Avoid eating carbohydrates, especially refined carbohydrates like sugar & white flour.
