If it is fresh ground coffee bean, cals in the region of 2-4 per serving. You can work out the milk by estimating the volume ie 10ml +/- = splash, 20ml +/- = glug, 30ml = good glug OK I know that is vague, so measure out a few small amounts and you quickly get a good enough idea to be able to estimate. If the coffee us instant use the jar's nutrient info.
