Unless a drink is completely sugar free and low in carbs overall, it will just add more weight. You don't have to count calories, just cut the sugar first and that includes fruits (for the most part) and especially fruit juices, then start cutting back on anything made with flour- cereal, bread, snack bars, pasta, etc. Sugar and too much stuff made from flour are the problem, not fat. Check out dietdoctor.com for loads of great info and no sales pitch.
Water!!! ( drink 500 ml half an hour prior to eating)
