Not sure which post you are replying to but I have heard that cinnamon and honey is a way to improve insulin sensitivity. I buy mine from a specialist Thai food shop in Leeds.

There are four major cinnamon varieties are available in the market as Ceylon, Cassia, Korintje and Saigon. Ceylon cinnamon is the important variety due to its low coumarin content. It is expensive and rare to find. But it is safe. It comes from Sri Lanka.

You can buy powder form of Ceylon cinnamon trueceylonspices.com/produc...
