Weekly Walking Steps/Goals/Aims :-)

Hi everyone,

How has your week been? The view on this collage is of my weekly Fitbit data, plus a photo of a bay along the South coast of Guernsey, taken on the weekend.

My step-count this week averaged 12,239 steps per day. I'm pleased with that.

I hope you achieved any walking goals/aims that you might have set yourself and I hope you'll post about your walking experiences, if you want to. You can either reply in this post, or create your own.

Here's to an enjoyable week, and I'm hoping that any walking experiences are enjoyable ones!

Well week hardly begun Zest.... But motivation to do more like biking and walking is back now! πŸ‘ŒπŸ₯°Had to adjust to my new surroundings and will explore more possibilities here πŸ‘
