My step-count this week averaged 11,504 steps per day - I'm pleased with that.

This morning I did an early 3.5 mile walk round the neighbourhood to prepare for the early starts in due course for when I start my new job in a couple of weeks when I will be starting at 8am working until 3.30pm so when that comes round it will be second nature and not come as an unexpected shock!
That sounds great! Well done on your early walk. I hope you enjoyed it. I think it's a great idea to prepare for your routine of walking to work and back.
