Weekly Walking Steps/Goals/Aims :-)

Hi everyone,

How has your week been? The view on this collage is of my weekly Fitbit data, plus a photo of a coastal view from Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.

My step-count this week averaged 11,504 steps per day - I'm pleased with that.

I hope you achieved any walking goals/aims that you might have set yourself and I hope you'll post about your walking experiences, if you want to. You can either reply in this post, or create your own.

Here's to an enjoyable week, and I'm hoping that any walking experiences are enjoyable ones!

This morning I did an early 3.5 mile walk round the neighbourhood to prepare for the early starts in due course for when I start my new job in a couple of weeks when I will be starting at 8am working until 3.30pm so when that comes round it will be second nature and not come as an unexpected shock!
