The photo shows how the app works as it lets you know how many minutes your walk was and how many minutes were spent walking briskly.
I walk a lot in the forest and off the paths so find it hard walking briskly through undergrowth but it’s very easy and simple to use.
You’ve literally taken the first step so well done for that and my only advice is to pace yourself so it works for you.
